Working Principle

According to the pendulum adsorption theory, high-quality carbon molecular sieves are used as adsorbents. Under certain pressure, carbon molecular sieves have different oxygen/nitrogen adsorption capacities. Oxygen is adsorbed by carbon molecular sieves to a large extent, and oxygen and nitrogen are separated.

Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve will vary according to different pressures, once the pressure is lowered, oxygen will be discharged from the carbon molecular sieve. Therefore, carbon molecular sieves can be regenerated and recycled.

We use two adsorption towers, one absorbs oxygen to generate nitrogen, and the other deoxygenates to regenerate carbon molecular sieves, circulate and alternate, and control the opening and closing of pneumatic valves on the basis of PLC automatic process system, so as to continuously obtain high nitrogen.
