Working Principle

The temperature of the circulating water and the process device area rises after heat exchange, and then enters the cooling water tower respectively. After heat exchange with the air in the tower, it drips into the cooling water pool under the tower and flows into the collecting pool. The water from the collecting pool enters the suction well through the double-layer grille. After being pressurized by the circulating water pump, it is sent to each device area. Part of the circulating water return water enters the bypass filter system to reduce the concentration of suspended solids in the circulating water. In order to reduce the corrosion and scaling of pipes and equipment caused by circulating cooling water, a set of automatic dosing facilities are set up in the system
